Ambassador Expectations

• Introduce Brooks Taylor Swim to your family and friends.

• Add that you are a Shark on your Instagram and other social media profiles.

• Post and tag us on your social media.  There can never be too much attention!

• Like, comment, and share our posts.  Especially our advertisements for our new drops and events.

• Keep your social media accounts clean, positive, and professional.

• Repost other ambassadors looking awesome in Brooks Taylor Swimwear.

• Your posts can be a combination of fun every-day phone pics, selfies, professional photos from our Brooks Taylor Swim events, videos, etc.

• Join us for our Brooks Taylor events when you can!  We host styled shoots, runway shows, and ambassador get togethers in person.  We will also host contests, and virtual events on social media.

• No mean kid stuff.  Ever. None.  If you don’t support the brand and the other Sharks, don’t join.

A Note About Safety

Your safety is super important, and sometimes there are nefarious people who infiltrate our happy swimsuit modeling space. Just to be extra safe, we will never post your last name or location. We do post photoshoot and runway show locations and times. We recommend you keep your last name off your social media handles. We will not post any photos deemed too provocative.  Not because you don’t wear the suit well but because we are trying to minimize any creepy activity.   We will delete inappropriate comments.  Please let us know if you see anything that we have missed!

I, the undersigned model, or parent/guardian of a minor model, hereby grant Brooks Taylor Limited (referred to as “The Brand” and its affiliate companies [i.e. Brooks Taylor Swimwear] and the photographers and videographers hired by Brooks Taylor Limited, the absolute and irrevocable right to use my image, likeness, or voice for promotional materials and/or advertising. I understand the brand and the photographers have the right to use, re-use, publish and re-publish the same in whole or in part, separately or in conjunction with other photographs, in any medium now or hereafter known, and for any purpose whatsoever, including (but not by way of limitation) illustration, promotion, advertising and trade, on social media, print materials, websites, and other formats.

I acknowledge that I will not receive compensation for the use of my likeness.

This release shall be valid in perpetuity.

I affirm that I understand the terms of this release and have had the opportunity to ask questions regarding its effects. I am signing this release voluntarily and know that I have the right to refuse.

I hereby release and discharge the Photographers and Brooks Taylor Limited from all and any claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of the photographs, including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy.
